Returns & Exchange

Returns and Exchanges General Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your ARTISTIC STITCH, INC. online purchase, you may return your purchase for replacement within 14 days of receipt of the item.

If an item is being returned the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, including charges for returning item(s) to us.

Products must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. In other words, the item must be returned intact original packaging and outer shipment box. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CAREFULLY OPEN AND INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE UPON RECEIPT IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS POLICY.

Returned items that arrive at the ARTISTIC STITCH, INC. warehouse with excessive damage due to improper return packaging will be assessed a damage fee of up to 10% of the product's price.

Condition of Packaging

ARTISTIC STITCH, INC does NOT guarantee mint condition packaging. ARTISTIC STITCH, INC. ships the same quality product that can be found in retail stores. We cannot be responsible for minor creases, scratches, dents, or other superficial imperfections to the packaging. If you desire "mint" packaging, you should purchase our products through a retailer where the product can be inspected before buying.

Mint condition packaging is NOT guaranteed.

Returns Due To ARTISTIC STITCH, INC. Error

ARTISTIC STITCH, INC. will pay for return shipping costs if an exchange or return is the result of an error on our part, i.e., defective/damaged items or an error in filling an order.

Replacement Of Damaged/Returned Items

Due to the limited-edition nature of ARTISTIC STITCH, INC products, we cannot guarantee that all items can be replaced at the time of return, or that damaged specific limited-edition numbers can be replaced with the same number. In that event, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price (in U.S. dollars).

Please note that shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Most orders are shipped within 5 – 7 business days the order is received. Upon receiving your order, our staff will verify, locate, pack, double-check for accuracy, and ship out your package. We are proud to have one of the most efficient order processing systems in e-commerce. We strive to ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Delays may occur if we cannot verify an address or have issues with processing a payment. In order to avoid this, please make sure that you have specified a valid shipping address, and all your payment information is correct before placing your order. For customers that just cant wait for our products. We don't blame you. Artistic Stitch, Inc. understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 – 7 business days within placing an order.Since UPS does not ship on either Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping) the actual delivery date may differ from the Estimated Scheduled Delivery Date. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for San Diego, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time. Please refer to UPS.com for more information.

If you need an order by a specific time, please contact a customer representative before you place an order to verify that the item is available and is able to be shipped within a certain period. Artistic Stitch, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any packages which are delayed due to unforeseen UPS or USPS delays such as "adverse weather conditions", "Beyond UPS ", or "Missed at facility" - please plan accordingly.

REFUSED DELIVERY PACKAGE: Any packages refused by the customer are deemed to be ABANDONED. All refused packages will be returned to sender at the shipper's expense or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for any packages which were refused delivery by UPS or any other shipping carriers.
